Interview
Submitted online application through Farmer's website. 2 weeks later received email from HR to setup phone interview. Phone interview took about 30 minutes and consisted of behavior based questions. Next step was taking a personality test and logic, grammar and math assessments. HR advised that if I had passed assessments my profile would be sent to the branch level for in-person interview. The following week received call for in-person interview. HR original had stated that in-person interview would be with a manager and 2 supervisor but actual interview turned out to be a 'get to know you' interview for manager to determine if candidates would return for actual in-depth interview.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Hartford, CT)
Interview
The whole hiring process was great. I did a phone screen with the head of our division and then proceeded with an in person interview with 3 of the claims managers in our division. Everyone asked great questions and allowed for a comfortable environment. I had a follow up interview with an additional manager and local claims adjuster who they had me sit with one and one to answer any questions about the job. After I accepted the position the onboarding process was also very favorable. This was one of the best experiences I had interviewing and starting with a new company.
