I initially saw the posting on the internet and filled out the online application. From there I had my initial phone interview with your basic questions. Then I was forwarded an email which required you to take a timed mini SAT test (that is what I considered it). The test is a pass/fail type test but it does not tell you at the end of the session whether you passed or failed, that takes place with a follow phone call.
