I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Houston, TX) in Nov 2014
Interview
During the interview process there was an initial phone interview with a recruiter, a phone interview with the agency that was hiring, an in-person panel interview with current employees, and then a final in-person interview with the main agent. Basic interview questions. All of the interviews were pretty short and straight forward. I was mostly asked questions about my resume and qualifications. Interviewing with the actual agency was a lot more informational, asking me if I was interested in insurance and the responsibilities that I would have in this position.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Portland, OR)
Interview
The interview process was quick and meaningful, making sure that I knew in detail what I was getting into as a Marketer and that I was comfortable about the tasks.
