I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group in Nov 2014
Interview
Telephone interview, online assessment , face to face with recruiter, face to face with DM, During the process I had to submit financials and a business plan. I can see where much of this process could be daunting for someone with less life experience.
In addition you need to come to the table with 100 people to contact. This is tough.

It was pretty good. I think it was great actually. So cool. It was a time I won't ever forget. How could I forget an interview that was for Farmer's insurance at this time in the world?
Yes it was okay and very interesting and had a lot of questions asked. It was time consuming and had lots to do with agent. At the same time it took a couple rounds.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Colorado Springs, CO) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview process was very well organized and put together. We went into a conference room with lounge chairs and a TV screen. It opened with a few questions asking about me and what I knew about the company, then we moved to a slideshow presentation which talked a little about the history of the company and then talked about how to get paid and promoted, and finally closed with a few more questions about what I thought of the process, what I thought about the opportunity to work for Farmers Insurance and finally Why should we hire you as an Agent. Overall I was very happy with the entire process.
