Submitted my resume to a job posting on Indeed. I was told I had to fill out an application in which I just copy and pasted all of my resume information into their form. A week later I was contacted by an administrative assistant for a screening. This person had no technical background and could not understand my explanation of my military experience. I never got a chance to actually interview with another engineer and was told I didn't qualify for the position. Very strange process.
