The application process was fairly easy although the job was not defined and kind of sketchy. The phone interview was all about the recruiter. I barely answered any questions because the person would not stop talking. And, the recruiter complained incessantly. The whole interview process was unorganized and the office space looks like a sweatshop. Although, they did say they were outgrowing their current space. I guess I just expected more from this company.
