Interview was managed by the HR Director and VP of Merchandising. The sit down interview was completed at their office in a commercial district in Downtown Los Angeles. Both the HR Director and VP of Merchandising asked questions related to their department and resources. HR Director was very pretentious about the company's use of Shopify and was more concerned about making a case for Shopify being a superior product than asking questions related to the role, qualifications, and experience with systems. He was noticeably only familiar with what he was told versus a developer's understanding of the system. Not to mention highly dismissive and not a good listener. VP of Merchandising asked very specific merchandising questions, engaged a discussion about the role, and was extremely professional.

Super easy interview. It went very well and they told me they would contact me the next day or within that week. It's been over two weeks and I still have not been contacted...I have even sent two follow up emails and have received no response. Very unprofessional if you ask me. They seem very unorganized and my interviewer admitted they were extremely understaffed.
