Phone interview went well. Was asked to come in for an in-person interview. From the email I received I was scheduled to meet with the HR rep I spoke to on the phone, she was busy so I went right in to speak with the two Social Media managers. They both seemed very unprepared, had my resume in hand and were reviewing it for what seemed for the first time. They went over the job description with me and asked me a few questions...they seemed pretty blah. I was hesitant to even come in because during my phone interview the HR rep didn't seem too confident when I brought up my salary requirements but still thought I would give it a shot. From the moment I walked in I knew this environment wasn't for me. From the ladies at the front desk to the two managers who interviewed me I knew this wasn't a good fit.
