THE WORST! Their HR team is completely unprofessional and inexperienced. I arrived for my interview and was pulled into a room by someone who seemed to be a recruiting assistant who informed me that the recruiter that had been overseeing my candidacy was out sick and that she was unaware of what I was there to interview for (this should have been my first sign to run). She then walked me into a room and said that she was going to look for someone I could meet with, but didn’t tell me who. I asked several times as to what this position would oversee and be responsible for and that question could not be answered. The woman who did finally come in for the interview mentioned that she was just asked to come in and talked to me and had no idea what position I was interviewing for. Needless to say, after she was done interviewing me they sent another person in to interview me who basically told me the same. I endured 2 1/2 hours of this circus and was then told by the recruiter at the end of it that I was supposed to meet with the CMO but that he had left for the day. This was a complete waste of time (mine and theirs). There’s a reason why they have such a high turnover rate...
