Recruiter reached out and setup a call and explained a lot of good details, but did not give clarity that the first round of discussion was a culture fit round. I sent an email earlier, but was not getting any response. First round of discussion happened with hiring manager. Hiring manager was 5 minutes late, but no mention of that, and mentioned that he will need to end the call 15 minutes late. He was really nice, and was very casual discussion. After interview, there was no mention Recruiter did not clearly explain it was a culture fit round at all, or no response when emailed. After the discussion, reached out to recruiter multiple times about the status, no response at all.
