Technical interview was easy, went pretty well. I was setup for a follow up interview with an Engineering Manager/Director. The Interview was cancelled 5 minutes before the scheduled start time with no information as to why, please note candidates plan their scheduled and make time around interviews to prep and be available. Later recruiter let me know it would be rescheduled early following week. Of course I was ghosted. After a few follow up messages i was told it was filled by an internal candidate.
