I applied online. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises
Interview
Had a phone interview with an HR rep asking general OOP concepts. Following that they flew me out for an onsite interview, where they interviewed me for an Implementation Consultant position (not what I originally applied for) and I stressed a bit that I wanted the software development position however was open to both. The majority of the onsite interview was a MENSA test and logic problems.

Question 1
Can you describe a recent project you worked on and explain your role, the main technical challenges, and how you solved them?
Multilevel, looking to discern your ability to think outside of the box. There was a technical assessment component, and an IQ-like set of questions. You can be called into multiple interviews if you are seen as a potential. Moving is emphasized in the interview.
