I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises (Raleigh, NC) in Jan 2016
Interview
Contacted by a recruiter after finding my resume online. Spoke with the recruiter multiple times before the last 'technical skills' screen, which was really just basic OOP questions. The recruiter was non technical and told me they had to have the questions reviewed by someone with the knowledge and I'd be contacted back within 2 weeks.
They never contacted me back, but to be fair I also did not contact them back. The recruiter from the start seemed disinterested in her job and/or disinterested in me as a candidate. Maybe they were just extremely busy, but considering how awesome every other interview process I've had has been, even if it didn't go well, I won't be looking here for employment in the future.
Also based on what they told me along with things I've read on different review sites it looks like their recent push is to hire fresh grads for cheap as half programmers half consultants, so you can take that as a good or bad thing based on what you're looking for in a job.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. The process included an initial screening call followed by a technical interview. I was asked about my previous experience, basic programming concepts, problem-solving, and how I approach coding tasks. The interviewers were professional and explained the next steps clearly.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Can you describe a recent project you worked on and explain your role, the main technical challenges, and how you solved them?
Multilevel, looking to discern your ability to think outside of the box. There was a technical assessment component, and an IQ-like set of questions. You can be called into multiple interviews if you are seen as a potential. Moving is emphasized in the interview.

Interview
During the phone call interview, they asked multiple questions about what I was looking for. They also talked about the specific job that I am applying for. It was only about a 10 to 15 minute phone call.
