There were three parts to my interview process. First, I had a brief phone interview with a recruiter. Next, I interviewed in person with three members of the proposal team. I had a follow-up phone call a few days later. All the interactions I had were comfortable - everyone was genuine, friendly, and happy to talk to me and answer my questions. I did have to take a logic test and I was really worried about it because number patterns are not my strong point, but I took a few IQ tests online as practice and I was surprised at how much that helped prepare me. Most of the discussion during the interviews centered around my related experience - writing, editing, working with a team, deadlines, etc.
