I am a recent college grad that found Fast through my college's career board. Once I had submitted my application (which only really included my resume and transcripts), I heard back from them a week and a half later. Once I got the first interview things went really fast as I moved to the second phone interview 3 days later. The final and most important interview was scheduled a week later and I heard back 4 days after with a job offer. This is what helped me the most throughout this process and hopefully it can help someone else land the job! The 1st & 2nd phone interviews: - The most important aspect of these interviews is to be bubbly and excited. - They want to know what experience you have working with people before and why you want to go into training - MAKE SURE YOU RESEARCH THE DIFFERENT SOFTWARES AND WHAT THEY DO, (both interviewers were really impressed that I knew what Fast does and how this role fit within the company) - All of the questions asked are things that other people have posted so make sure you know the answers. 3rd interview: - They fly you to Denver which is a lot of fun and give you a tour of HQ before you start your interview - There is a 30 min 30 question IQ test. (I found a practice test online that told me which questions I got right and wrong which helped me soooooo much. I also took this the night before my interview so it was fresh on my mind.) - my 1 on 1 interview was with another training coordinator who had been with the company for about 4 year. (There were a lot of hypothetical questions asked about different situations that could happen) - become familiar with different logic puzzles (I was asked to solve 2, one about a river and the other about colored balls. They have a list of puzzles and will try to find one that you aren't familiar with) - come into the 5 minute training with an idea of what you want to do already. (I had read all of these interview experiences and I knew this was a part of the interview so I planned ahead.) - After all of that you will hopefully have a lunch on your schedule. (this is your final chance to get to know the company in a less formal setting outside of the building walls.) I know this is a lot of information, but I had a really positive experience with all of the people I came into contact with at Fast because I knew what was going to happen because of Glassdoor.
