Had a phone interview about a week after I applied online, the phone interview lasted about 1 hour.
About 1 week later I got an offer to go to Denver, CO. About a month after the offer I had my interview in HQ. It was nice and really fancy, the only bad side about all of this is that you can tell that anyone besides the recruited hates their job. After a tour, I got placed in a conference room with a whiteboard. They leave you there for about 15 minutes and then the recruiter/HR comes in to ask if you have any questions. Afterward, you wait for another 5 minutes, then a developer comes in. Mine was very nice but super awkward, he seemed like a nice guy. I got to ask a simple coding question followed by 3 logic questions. I talked thru my whole process and was super friendly, he was a little rude just because he always checked his time and he was paying attention to his phone a lot. I get that they are busy, but they also have to be respectful to us. Just because we are interviewing doesn't mean that we don't see when people are rude. After about 2 hours he said that he was running out of time and he needed to go to another meeting. Later after that, I was left in the interview room for about 10 minutes and then an HR lady came in. If you do good they invite you to lunch, there are 2 reasons why you could be invited to lunch (because they like you, or they think you might not be ready but they want to see you in a different setting). After the lunch, they take you back to the hotel and you wait until your ride picks you up. By far the driver was the nicest out of all the people I encounter. Exactly a week later I got a call about the offer. I am not taking the job because I believe actions speak louder than words, the way that they acted honestly says so much about the company. I don't think people want to be part of that. I know I am totally ranting about this company, but I honestly really wanted to work for them. I always told my friends about it and I really enjoyed it but after seeing what I saw, I really don't want to be part of this. I talked to some of my friends that interviewed too and they got the same reaction from them.
