I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises in Feb 2014
Interview
Fast came to my university's career fair and after I chatted with them and handed them my resume, we agreed to have an interview the next day.
The Interview consisted of a logic/IQ test that lasted 30 minutes with a small bit of coding at the end. As with any IQ test, there were a few I didn't know, and a few that I had to guess on.
The actual interview consisted of a couple of logic questions with a couple of object oriented questions and database questions. All in all, Fast was very pleasant and professional to talk to.
