They gave me a paper test with brain teasers and pseudocode problems, which I was not able to complete in the 30 minutes allotted. The next 30 minutes consisted of a two-on-one conversation with the recruiters. They asked a mix of CS concept questions and personality questions. I could have been more articulate when explaining concepts like OO programming and pass by reference vs. pass by value. The conversation was lively and relaxed.
