I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises
Interview
The interview process is done quickly and efficiently. They like to do short, 15 minute sit-downs with potentials and at the end they may be invited to interview. The recruiters know what to look for if you are showing off what you should be.
My first round interview was a formal sit-down with three recruiters where we covered some of the basic interview questions with a few brain twisters that they like to do. After that, there was a 30 minute quiz in another room. The quiz covered some semi-simple logic questions and two pseudo code questions.
The second round interview is a much more relaxed event. They just want to make sure that the person they flew out is still normal and an fit into the environment well. It's best to just be yourself in this situation. A chat with a recruiter and then a chat with a partner, and it's all over. This second round is half interview questions, half chatting with the FAST members.
This position isn't about being amazing at interviewing or being a savant in programming; it's about the individual they want with the personality that they know they can trust.

Question 1
There are three identical boxes of apples and oranges, except one contains all apples, one contains all oranges, and one contains a mix. The boxes are labeled “apples”, “oranges”, and “apples and oranges” but all 3 boxes were labeled incorrectly! You have the opportunity to inspect fruit from the boxes one at a time, without looking inside the box. What is the fewest number of fruit you need to inspect to correctly label the contents of the identical boxes?
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.
