The first stage was a phone interview with my recruiter. She asked me basic questions: such as would I be ok relocating, future goals, what I knew about the company. After I spoke with her on the phone I had a second phone interview with a training coordinator who had been with the company for many years. At the conclusion of the second phone interview they offered to fly me out to Denver for a final interview. The interview was very sterile. After being seated in a meeting room I met with an HR rep who talked to me a little bit about the company. She then gave me a Mensa test to fill out. After the HR rep left I was interviewed by two training coordinators. The interview consisted problem solving questions about fruit baskets and another about water. Mostly I asked the interviewers questions after I had finished the logic problems. Upon the conclusion of the interview I was invited to lunch. If I had not spoken with such lovely, friendly, and outgoing people in my second interview and at lunch, my decision to accept employment would have been much different. Looking back on accepting the offer I wish I had negotiated salary.
