I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises (Harrisonburg, VA) in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview Process itself was wonderful. FAST treated me very well throughout the approximately 4 week process. I was given two interviews. One on-campus at James Madison University and one at their HQ in Colorado. The details are spelled out below:
JMU:
I was given a 30 minute, 30 question mensa quiz at the beginning of the interview. After completing as many questions as I could in the 30 minutes, they asked me a lot of the basic interview questions:
"where do you see yourself in 5 years", "tell us of a time you were challenged and how you responded", "tell us about a time you had a disagreement with a supervisor and how it was resolved" etc.
They told me they would contact me within 2 weeks as to their decision on a second interview.
2 weeks past (almost to the day), at which point they emailed me that they would like to fly me out to Denver, CO for a second interview. I gladly accepted and we decided on a date that worked best.
CO:
They paid for the flight and a night at the hotel next door (which from what I gathered in my conversation with employees at the hotel is a daily occurence). My in-person interview consisted of breaking down my transcript, resume, and most importantly whether or not this job was really for me. I was surprised that I was interviewed by another Implementation Consultant (and not HR-rep). It was basically a 60-minute conversation on whether I would fit into FAST and a great opportunity for me to ask all the questions I could think of since the person interviewing me basically had the same job I would have if I accepted.
The interview ended in a 30-minute "solve this logic puzzle" session where I was given random puzzles to solve (they are all over glassdoor if you need more info). A couple I was asked include the 10 coin purses with different weight coins and the 9 squares add to 15 in each row/column/diagonal.

Question 1
Other questions they asked included "what do you know about FAST", "what are your strengths/weaknesses", "explain the difference between while/do while and what is inheritance or polymorphism"
2 interviews. Both video calls. First call was a informational/get to know you call. Second call was 3 hour interview. Talked to someone in HR and do an IQ test. After, I was interviewed by a director and we did some brain teaser questions and pseudo code

Question 1
There are three identical boxes of apples and oranges, except one contains all apples, one contains all oranges, and one contains a mix. The boxes are labeled “apples”, “oranges”, and “apples and oranges” but all 3 boxes were labeled incorrectly! You have the opportunity to inspect fruit from the boxes one at a time, without looking inside the box. What is the fewest number of fruit you need to inspect to correctly label the contents of the identical boxes?
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises
Interview
Apply online then hr call then quick call with recuiter, then final round with behavioral, coding portion and logic questions. was pretty long of a call expect 1hr 30 min to 2 hours on call.
