I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises (Denver, CO) in Jun 2015
Interview
I had a series of 3 formal interviews each one a little different. The first interview was a phone interview which was closer to a traditional interview. We discussed my resume, qualifications and I was asked basic questions about object-oriented programming (e.g. Can you explain inheritance without being too technical?). After about two weeks I was invited to a second phone interview. This interview consisted of two logic questions that I had to work out loud to display my thought process. After 2-3 weeks I was invited to the company headquarters for a final in-person interview. This interview consisted of a quiz containing 29 short brain-teasers and 2 pseudo code questions. After the quiz a developer came in and he asked me about 5-10 more intense logic puzzles similar to those in the second interview. The first two interviews were about 30-45 with the final interview being about 90 minutes if you include the brief tour given before and the wait time in between parts of the interview and a short discussion with an HR representative after the interview.

Question 1
If you have 8 identical pennies, 1 slightly heavier penny, and a scale what is the least number of weighings you can use to determine the heavier penny? What if you had 10 total pennies?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises in Apr 2015
Interview
Phone interview at home. Didn't get position because I lack communication skills, which is utter crap. I might have said "um" a couple of times but that does NOT mean that I'm not an effective communicator. Only nice thing about the process was the recruiter. Didn't give me a fair assessment of my skill set nor did they give me a chance to prove my skill set.
