Interview
30 minute technical portion on paper, 30 minutes to talk with them about yourself with some technical portions included. I was a junior, received an internship, and that acted as an extended interview process for me. At that time my programming skills were not as strong as they are today, and in addition, being a MIS student opposed to a CS student had both advantages and disadvantages. The disadvantage was that I was not able to answer all of the technical questions correctly which definitely brought my standings down, but being able to talk calmly and confidently with the recruiters demonstrated that I was a very clear communicator. That communication skill is key because you deal directly with clients.
There was an iq test then the second round interview. An easy leet code question and a brain teaser. The first round was just a phone screening. As long as you study the glassdoor questions and answer honestly you will be perfectly fine.
2 interviews. Both video calls. First call was a informational/get to know you call. Second call was 3 hour interview. Talked to someone in HR and do an IQ test. After, I was interviewed by a director and we did some brain teaser questions and pseudo code

It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.
