I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises (Denver, CO) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied online and was emailed by a recruiter after a week or so. Scheduled a phone interview with a recruiter, lasted probably 30 min and consisted of all the average interview questions. She emailed me 2 weeks later and scheduled a second phone interview with a training coordinator. That one lasted about 45 minutes, pretty much same as the first but more specific to the position. Got another email almost immediately after the interview offering to fly me out to HQ in Colorado for a final in person interview. I accepted, they paid for the flights/hotel and worked everything out for travel.
When I got to the office in Colorado for my in person interview I was greeted by someone from HR, got a tour of the office. Then I was asked to take a 30 min MENSA test. After that 2 training coordinators came into the room and did the actual interview. Still asked mostly the typical interview questions. Then they asked me to work out 2 logic brain teasers on the whiteboard. Then they left the room for 5 minutes while I had to prepare to train them on something. After I "trained" them I asked them a few questions about the company/position and interview concluded after that.

Question 1
If you got a call on Thursday saying you were going to be relocated to Alaska and had to be there starting Monday, what 5 things would you do first?
I applied through their job board and submitted my application. They got back to me very quickly for an interview, especially considering the job had been posted for months. The interview tested how you would approach a situation, asking questions about your resume, and determining if you were a good fit.

Had you take a weird test, asked questions about how you would respond in different situations, had mind games at the end to see how you work through problems.
They ask behavioral questions like skills you think a training coordinator should have and walk me through a project you liked. Are you willing to relocate? It was a 30 minute preliminary interview. They asked how you organize yourself.
