Interview
The interview process went well. They bring you own for a first-round interview with HR with they get to know a little about you and ask you some basic technical questions. From there if you qualify, you are asked to schedule a final round interview where you talk with a higher-level member who was/is an Implementation Consultant. You take a puzzle/solving test (Given 4 shapes in a pattern, what would the 5th shape be, synonyms, quick math, etc.), then are asked a few brain teaser questions which you can find in previous postings, some background on your resume and knowledge of programming, and then the interview is wrapped up. You hear back within 1 - 2 weeks if you are given an offer or not.
The first and final stage interviews are really conversational. I didn't feel as if I was being interrogated with questions. The interviewer always built a conversation/short rapport when I answered a question.

2 interviews. Both video calls. First call was a informational/get to know you call. Second call was 3 hour interview. Talked to someone in HR and do an IQ test. After, I was interviewed by a director and we did some brain teaser questions and pseudo code
