Fast Enterprises Implementation Consultant/Data Warehouse Analyst interview questions

Applied online, got an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone interview. I guess I did not do well enough to pass the first round but it would have been nice if the recruiter send an email and inform I did not get the position. I sent a thank you email after the interview, waited 2 weeks for an email but no email. Then I emailed the recruiter and ask about my situation but never got a response. I was upset and disappointed in how they dealing with this. Besides, I applied for the Data Warehouse analyst position but the recruiter kept guiding me into the Implementation Consultant role which was really frustrated.
