I applied online via craiglist. They asked for a resume and cover letter, as well as some examples of my work in marketing - specifically marketing plans and strategy. I was then contacted to come in to the office for an interview with the CEO. He questioned me about my previous experience, as well as specific questions regarding how I would go about establishing a strategy for their new product. They will put you on the spot, but that is only because they have great, intelligent leadership (their CEO is one of the original Microsoft guys, and a Princeton graduate).
