Intially very promising - but interviewer talked about all the negatives, didnt let anyone else talk, didnt sell me. I didnt think I would get the offer, but surprisingly did only to find out I had a timer going the second it was sent: 72 hours to take a drug test and to accept. I didnt need to negotiate any terms, but this letter was sent at 6pm on a friday and there was no way for me to meet those deadlines. I emailed immediately to explain, and they said they would revise the offer letter. A week later there was no update and the proposed start date was two weeks from then. I emailed to check in and it turned out everyone involved was out on vacation. I asked to postpone the start date until the letter was updated, they said they would and then the next thing i hear is that they are resinding the letter. No reason provided.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at FastSigns (Vallejo, CA) in Jan 2024
Interview
I reached out to the store via phone call to inquire about any open positions.
I have previous experience at another location.
I was put through to the manager and he asked me to email over my resume.
Unfortunately they only had entry level positions available.

Met with manager who made me wait 45 minutes in the lobby . He was nice but distracted. I think a lot was going on and interviewing me was not a priority. The questions were pretty standard.
