Met with both the manager of the group and the lead. The interview was laid back and they simply went over a basic interview sheet of questions. I was nervous but did not need to be. They were very nice and made the interview comfortable. We met in an office when you enter the front doors of headquarters. I had two interviews. One with just the head manager. The second with her and the Accounts Payable Lead. They just wanted to make sure I was a trustworthy and hardworking employee who could adapt to their way of work. They want someone who will show up on time, communicate well, and who will just do the work they ask of you in a timely manner and do it correctly. Very straightforward. They let employees make mistakes, they do not discipline you unless it is something very bad like not showing up for the shift that you scheduled. But if it is a mistake in your work, they just let you learn from it and move on.
