I applied online and took a timed test that took about 1.5 hours to complete. The more answers you get right, the longer the duration of the test. After that, I was called in for an in person interview. The first interview was with the VP of Information Technology. I then Interviewed with three different managers on the same day two weeks later. I received a job offer about a week later.
