Met with the General Manager who interviewed me and I had to take a drug test by giving urine. Then I had to come back in to go over the offer sheet with the company.

General application followed by a computer generated aptitude test with word play to prevent rushed entry. Then a causal 1 on 2 interview with the Hub manager and Assistant Hub manager. Followed by role play scenarios and either a "let us tell the others" or "you're not quite ready" speech.
