It was pretty laid back. I interviewed with the GM and DM and they asked your basic questions. As long as you prepare, and understand the basic functions of the store you will be fine.

What will be the first thing you will do when taking over this account?
You have an initial phone screening. Then you have two interviews. You interview with the branch manager and the district manager. From start to finish, you’re looking about three weeks. It’s a relatively streamlined process.
Was a very solid process and made very simple. Typical interview questions and good people doing the interviews. No complaints at all. Would for sure recommend for anyone wanting to do this kinda job
