Fastly Business Systems Analyst interview questions

lengthy interview process to get to the end and tell me the role wasn't in the budget for the quarter. Two month process for a position that wasn't approved. Not sure why having multiple rounds of interviews for a role that is not approved in the budget makes sense or if it was a passive way of passing on a candidate without real feedback.
