Interviewed for 3 different positions at Fastly. Each time I had a positive HR interview (always the same person and they never even realized I had previously interviewed with them). The first time they were supposed to set up a follow up with the hiring manager and after continued check-ins with them over the span of two months. They finally informed me that they were no longer scheduling additional candidate interviews. The second position (one that I was over-qualified for), I managed to get a scheduled interview with the hiring manager. The questions were basic "fit" questions along with background confirmation. Was told next step was a technical qualification interview but never got there. The third time I interviewed, I went through the same HR interview process with the same person (once again not realizing I had spoken to them before). I was told that they would be scheduling an interview with the hiring manager. Then a couple of days later I receive an email stating that they had "changed the criteria" for the position and that they would be moving on from me. For each of these positions I had internal references and recommendations as to my qualifications for the roles. I can't say much positive about the interview process and the clarity of communication. Interestingly, shortly after the interviews I received an email requesting a review of their interview process.
