I applied online and the recruiter got back to me fairly quickly. During the phone screen, the recruiter clearly articulated the process and scheduled my first onsite about a week later. I thought my onsite interviews went well. After another round of onsite interviews, I didn't end up getting the job but the recruiting team notified me politely. It was slightly frustrating that communication wasn't clearer but it was clear it took them a little longer to complete the other interviews. Although I'm disappointed in the outcome, I thought the process was fairly straightforward and the folks I interviewed with seem fairly excited about the company.
