Recruiter contacted me on Linkedin for phone interview. She mentioned the hiring manager thought I am strong candidate for the job. Phone interview went great with recruiter. Recruiter then asked for my availability to have interview with hiring manager twice in separate emails. I did provide resume and my availability to her twice, and still no interview was scheduled with hiring manager. Recruiter didn't replied to my inquiries via email or phone. It seems they need to improve their recruiting process and communication skills. Also please have respect for candidate's time and provide timely feedback on candidate's application status either way.
