I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Fastly (Denver, CO) in Aug 2019
Interview
I applied via Indeed.com for a work from home position. A Fastly recruiter contacted me by email a week or so after my application to schedule a short screening interview. After the initial screening, and over the course of the next month I had five separate web conference interviews with various members of the team hiring for the position. The final interview stage was on site in Denver. Fastly flew me out the day before the interview, I then had four face to face interviews where I was asked questions about Fastly, my experience, and scenario questions on how to manage client facing projects.

Interview
Once I applied to Fastly and started the interview process, I felt like I was in good hands. I went through several interviews both on Zoom and in person at the Denver office. During the about 2 month interview process, Faslty's HR team touched base with me weekly keeping me updated. When Fastly decided to move forward with a different Candidate, HR made it very clear to me that Fastly wanted to keep me in their talent pool and would reach out once there was another opening. True to their word, about 2 months later another positioned opened, Fastly reached out to me and now I am Fastlyan and could not be happier
