Applied online. The recruiter reached out to me via email asking for available times. On the day of the interview I logged in and waited for 15 minutes and no show from the recruiter. I sent her an email right after and I receive a out of office reply. She reached out to me and apologized and we scheduled a second round and She was still 7 minutes late to the second interview.

I was contacted by a recruiter named Kaitlyn Reno after I applied for a position through their website. She asked me for my availability and I provided using her Calendly link. She went MIA again and never confirmed the interview. She reached out to me a few days later and asked me to provide new time slots and I did. She confirmed the interview. After a few minutes, I got an update that the interview was moved by one more day. I am with that. Ok, it's the interview day and I was waiting for the call. She did not call me. What the hell? I sent a couple of emails giving a benefit of the doubt that maybe she forgot or missed it or sick. Nopes, I never heard from her again. After a month, I get a generic rejection email from Fastly. Horrifying experience. They do not value a person's time and are completely unprofessional. Stay away from Fastly, there are a lot of other better companies and recruiters out there.
