Interview
I was ok with the overall process because of the excellent technical team people I spoke with. On the other hand, interview scheduling and feedback were awful. It looks like a great company to work at, but the interviewing process and HR can definitively improve.
I was initially scheduled for three 1:1 interviews before moving to a one-day panel interview. After the third interview, I was scheduled for an additional 1:1. One of the interviewers did not show up at all and we rescheduled for another day; it can happen - not very professional though. The first interview was with the team manager, then I had a system design interview, and two interviews that were oriented on code and development practices and patterns.
After the last interview, HR stopped giving me feedback unless explicitly solicited. They told me the process was going great until they just ghosted me for over a month and a half.
I waited for three months without receiving an offer.

Interview process involves a recruiter screen for thirty minutes. This is then followed by a hiring manager interview for an hour. Then I heard back from the recruiter about two weeks after the interviews took place. Disrespectful recruiter.
Fairly easy interviews. Easy coding question to implement data structure and then a few conversations about my career. A few systems design questions and inquiring how I would handle different engineering scenarios.
