Each interview, lasting 30-45 minutes, focused on standard behavioral and technical questions. While the structure was clear and the questions were reasonable, the post-interview communication was severely lacking. After completing six interviews, I experienced a frustrating lack of follow-up. Despite reaching out to the recruiter three times, I received no definitive decision or feedback regarding my candidacy. This absence of communication was extremely disappointing, particularly given the significant time investment required for the multi-stage process. A simple, candid email with a decision, even if negative, is a basic courtesy that should be extended to all candidates, especially those who reach the final stage. Furthermore, one interviewer made an inappropriate comment insinuating I was using ChatGPT to generate my responses. I clarified that I maintain a document of interview questions, which is evident in the "interview questions" section below. This unwarranted accusation left a negative impression and detracted from an otherwise smooth interview process. In summary, while the interview format was clear and the questions were manageable, the lack of post-interview communication and the interviewer's unprofessional remark significantly impacted my overall experience.

Unprofessional interview process, probably gives insight into how this company is currently run. Recruiting coordinator and recruiter ignored countless follow-ups, would send invites without the interviewer added and then abruptly cancel those invites only to send new invites with the same mistakes present. The recruiter and recruiting coordinator also scheduled interviews for times where availability was not provided.
