Fairly long process, almost a month between interviews. Initially the recruitment team was great - always keeping me updated with timings, feedback, etc. The process consisted of: 20 min - interview with Recruitment team to discuss CV, expectations of the role, etc. 45 min - interview with Hiring Manager to discuss experience and some competency based question 45 min - interview with a senior member of the team to discuss the role, CV, some competency based questions 45 min - interview with another senior member of the team to discuss the same 30 min - Values interview. I had to talk about 3 out of the 8 values of the company (how it resonates with me) and there was also some behavioural questions After the values interview the recruitment team completely ghosted me. I chased them 3x but now I just assume that I didn’t get the job since my last interview was 2 weeks ago. Pretty poor candidate experience in my opinion. After spending all this time preparing for interviews they didn’t even bother to answer my emails or let me know that I didn’t get the job.
