Recruiting team was on top of it. Clear communication and they were prompt with scheduling and responses. I knew where I was in the process at all times. Very organized interview, knew what I was going to discuss with interviewers.

Had 2-3 phone / video screens and then ~7 hours back to back interviews onsite in SF. Overall everyone seemed nice but the whole coordination and recruiting process was totally disjointed and misleading. Was told in so many words an offer would be extended for the job just to then go days / weeks at a time with no or very cryptic communication, eventually to be told some VP had a referral and "they'd let me know if that didn't work."
Massive work needs to be done on the recruiting process - I've never interviewed with a company of this size with such poor communication to prospective candidates and lack of concrete information and direction. Unfortunately I let other opportunities go by falling into the trap thinking I'd get a response just to be strung along again (won't make that mistake again).
