Horrible candidate experience!!! seems to be the norm Applied online. Initial phone screen with recruiter, then followed up by a 1 hour interview with the hiring manager which went well. Next round was with a peer who didn't seem bothered. Early on during the call, it disconnected on his end and he rejoined minus video but overall, the interview wasn't out of the ordinary. Was scheduled for another call with a peer and literally 1 minute before the interview was to begin, the recruiter called saying they had filled the position with an internal candidate but they were impressed with me and asked if i'd be interested in another similar role they had open of which i said yes. Was ghosted after that, and that was the last I ever heard from them. Horrible candidate experience. Not sure this is a place you'd want to work if that is how they treat candidates.
