I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I feel confident in saying that we do not operate this way. I looked through all applicant submissions and I cannot find a single one where our team did not respond right away. I hope the emails did not get caught in spam. This is not to make excuses. I truly am sorry that you walked away believing that this is how we run our business.
