The process was fairly straightforward. A recruiter reached out to me, I reviewed the job description, and decided to move forward with the interview process. After an initial screening call, I met with the hiring manager, and it was an extremely pleasant interview. I then met with the Managing Director. Overall, the entire process took about three weeks.
