Relatively easy due to the seasonal turn-around rate. Basic questions about competency. If I recall correctly there was a phone interview, then a group interview. Following that there was an orientation and we watch sfety and training videos before starting the position.
No interview necessary. I applied after a dry spell of job hunting and within a week I got a call and an email saying they were offering me a job and all I had to do was make the trip to a local facility at 3am for orientation, which took 2 days + 1 more for training.

Pretty simple and easy they called me asked me basic questions about transportation and went over the job description and what I’d be doing overall it was easy and then they gave me a job offer
First is the the phone call, then background check, then orientation and work starts. Process is very straightforward and you can get started relatively quickly. Very easy process they really give just abiut anybody with internet access
