It was o,k little boring. Set of fixed questions. Starting salary isnt bad at all. Need fulltime though and nobody starts fulltime courier is hard work.
I was asked if I would work in any weather, be on time/have good attendance, and could lift up to 50 pounds on my own. Then I was asked 3 star format behavioral questions.
