During the interview, you will have two upper managers asking you questions. There's about 10-15 I believe, but some were sort of easy to answer, others were unexpected and difficult. This is if you do not have prior management experience, however.

7 to 8 bar format questions , with one open ended question. Two people from corporate wrote down my responses. The interview lasts about 25 minutes. Overall it was a good experience.

Applied online which was simple and straight forward. Then was notified of a phone interview. Interveiw lasted about 30 min all in the BAR format. got back to me within the week and offered the job
