First interview with the store manager and second with the district manager at emeryville. Pretty easy
,they just want to make sure that you would stick there after school . Just present yourself proffesionally and yous hould easily get the job.

Interview
Interview was conducted over phone no camera required. The interviewer will ask if you are familiar with Fed ex,and if not they will explain it to you. They only asked me 2 questions before scheduling me for an second interview.
I filled out an application online and connected with a recruiter shortly after. A video interview was arranged about a week later. I unfortunately did not get the position but, they were kind enough to advise me via email and phone.
