I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx Office (Arvada, CO)
Interview
Have had an initial screen for this job. It was scheduled for 30 minutes but only took 5-6. Very easy and interviewer was kind and sent me to the next step. Just asked a couple generic questions about retail experience and customer service experience.

Question 1
Do you know what FedEx office does? Do you have retail experience? Tell me about a time you worked with a difficult customer. Do you have a lot of experience with technology?
While we don’t recommend having a canned response for every interview question (in fact, please don’t), we do recommend spending some time getting comfortable with what you might be asked, what hiring managers are really looking for in your responses, and what it takes to show that you’re the right person for the job.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Walk me through your resume. How did you hear about this position? Why do you want to work at this company? Why do you want this job? Why should we hire you? What can you bring to the company? What are your greatest strengths?
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at FedEx Office (Portland, OR)
Interview
I applied online. The online application has an initial questionnaire. I received an invitation within two days. The interview process was very scripted, with very little personal interaction, the questions asked about how one has dealt with tough situations in previous jobs, what customer service means to the applicant, etc. After a while the questions seemed to become redundant.
